Silver Love Heart Twig Necklace

This sterling silver heart shaped necklace is handmade from a solid silver casting of an actual twig. Every groove and knot of the twig is captured within the silver adding to the natural and rustic beauty of this piece. 

The twigs are cast using an ancient technique called Lost Wax Casting and handformed to create the heart pendant. The piece is then oxidised and polished to remove any sharp edges and pick out the detail of the bark.
