Shipping Policy & Delivery

UK orders:
Your Jewellery will be crafted and sent within 2-7 working days.

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For Delivery and will require a signature. Orders normally take between 1-5 working days to arrive however in busier times or adverse weather conditions this can sometimes be longer. 

If you require your jewellery urgently you can select the option "Priority crafting & express shipping upgrade" for an additional £10. This service means your order will be prioritised and sent using a next day delivery service. Please select this option at checkout and let us know the date your jewellery is needed for.

Standard UK Shipping under £60 - Free
Standard UK Shipping tracked 48(orders £60-£120) £5.35
Standard UK Shipping tracekd24 (orders £120-£500) - £6.50
Special Delivery UK Shipping (orders over £500) - £10.50
Priority crafting & express shipping upgrade - £10

Europe (non EU countries):
Orders to Europe (non EU) are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders take between 3-10 working days to arrive, depending on the destination. Please get in touch for more specific shipping times for each country.

It is no longer possible for orders to be sent to countries in EU.

Shipping Prices:
Europe/European Union Tracked Shipping (under £500) - £10.50
Europe/European Union Tracked Shipping (over £500) - £14.50

Canada & Australia:
Orders to these countries will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and take between 5-12 days to arrive depending on the destination.
