We want every customer to love their jewellery and enjoy wearing it however if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us.
Can I return a order?
If you would like to return your jewellery for a refund or exchange please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your item. From the date on which you receive your jewellery you have 28 days to return your item to claim a refund. The jewellery must be returned to us unworn and in its original packaging to avoid additional charges. All exchanges will be sent out once the original purchase has been returned to us with no additional postage cost.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons or any jewellery that is personalised or has been bespokely made for a customer, unless there is a fault with the item.
We cannot offer a refund or exchange on any items that have been altered and repaired by a third party.
In addition we are unable to offer a refund on any ring as each piece is handmade to order, however we are able to re-size rings in our studio for a small alteration charge. Please send us a message for more details.
How should I send the order back?
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the return shipping costs. We recommend sending your jewellery to us using a secure, trackable service to ensure it arrives safely back at our studio as Curious Magpie cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post. Please send the jewellery back in its original packaging.
Where should I return the jewellery to?
Please send the returned items to our studio address along with a covering letter stating the reason for the return.

How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be made through your original payment method, although your original shipment cost will be deducted from this refund.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Once we have received your jewellery back we will contact you. From that date it will take between 3 - 7 days for the refund to be processed.
Does my jewellery have a warranty?
Curious Magpie offer a 6 month warranty on all products. This warranty is void if the jewellery has been mistreated, carelessly handled or any third party repairs have been carried out. Please note this warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear such as tarnishing silver or ageing leather.
