Autumn is my favourite time of year; I love the colours of the leaves, the atmospheric sky and of course it's one of the best times of year for foraging my little acorns and cones.

Here's some pics from a recent walk at Burrough Hill, a picturesque iron age hill fort in Leicestershire. 

Even on a grey and dreary day it's fantastic to get your welly-bobs and waterproofs on and explore your local countryside :)
